HMDA Report

What ReverseVision provides

ReverseVision provides the HMDA report to lenders only. It can be accessed by administrators only. The report contains closed-end loans that have been closed (based on the actual closing date as entered in ReverseVision) as well as closed-end loans that have been adversed in ReverseVision and the relevant information had been entered into the Adverse Screen.

Issuing a Lender Credit

There are generally two ways in ReverseVision to reflect a Lender Credit to the borrower.

Charging a negative Origination Fee

This will be reflected in the GFE (requires Origination Fee settings for product to have a minimum value less than 0).
